I ordered the Dandan noodles that caught my eye first. I was asked if I wanted it medium or very spicy, so I chose medium spicy. I was worried that it would be spicy, but when I ate it, it was surprisingly mild. Apparently, the regular version is less spicy so that first-timers won't have any problems. Later, I ate something slightly spicy, but for me, normal spiciness was enough. Postscript: I have visited many times since then, but there are so many types of ramen that I still haven't eaten all of them.

I ordered Taiwanese ramen. When I was asked how spicy it was, I answered "normal" and it wasn't spicy at all (^-^;But it was so delicious that I ended up drinking all the soup! As others have written, the service time is slow, so I recommend when you have plenty of time. My husband ate slowly and by the time he finished eating, mine finally came out (^-^; However, there were many different types of ramen, so I thought I would try it again because it was delicious!

postscript If you tell the manager, any ramen You can also add wontons. It tastes like authentic wonton. Dandan noodles are not made with minced meat and Happo greens, but they are delicious. It might be a good idea to come to the store considering that it will take some time to be served.
