The sesame kimchi tsukemen is also very delicious. I can't say enough about the almond tofu that comes out at the end. There are only a few seats inside the restaurant, but the tables are covered with tablecloths and the tableside is systematic. Delicious oolong tea. Even iced coffee after the meal. This is the proud work of a master who does not accept orders regarding the hardness of the noodles or the thickness of the soup. I feel like I'm actually eating at a ramen restaurant. Strong cologne and lunch with children are not allowed. However, we don't spend any money on anything other than the ingredients, and it's neat and quality-oriented. There aren't many shops that offer this level of service. And it's not expensive. It's been a long time since I've been to this store, but even with the high prices, there's no compromise on taste, and it's a truly committed store that takes customer safety into consideration.

The hinterland of Itabashi. A highly rated shop located in an area where there really isn't much. I was curious and went there. First of all, it's very hard to get into. There's no noticeable signboard, so it's hard to tell from the outside that it's a ramen shop. I was hesitant, but decided on the daily set for 700 yen. Add double noodles for 260 yen. Today I'm having beef tendon curry or kimchi chashu bowl + no makeup ramen. I know it's highly rated. It's the kind of restaurant that you can go home to and see your mom make for you. It feels like a local coffee shop has become a popular shop. Although the store is small, it has a nostalgic snack feel. I was surprised when I tried the kimchi chashu bowl. Very thick meat. ,soft. delicious. It contains braised pork rather than chashu. Yummy. It looks like it also operates as a bento shop, but the homemade taste is irresistible. The ramen is a no-makeup ramen, so it's really simple, but it smells great. The flavored oil is gentle. Rather than the taste of a chef at a ramen specialty restaurant, it really tastes like a mother who is a good cook. Considering the deliciousness of the kimchi chashu bowl, the other ramen with toppings must be of pretty high quality. It's like having it as a side dish. It was a warm shop. Thank you for the meal. It was a wonderful shop that soothed my soul.

The miso ramen is originally a great deal for 750 yen with two pieces of thick char siu. The topping char siu is also a bargain at 110 yen per piece. The thick char siu is soft and crumbles when held with chopsticks. The miso ramen itself is not the trendy Kotteri, but the miso that soaks into the soup will make you drink up.
