As a green onion lover, I am fascinated by the green onion tsukemen on the regular menu. Eating homemade noodles is also something I look forward to when I visit. I have never been to a ramen shop, but I was able to experience it here. I usually don't like strong flavors and garlic, but it's strange that I can eat this ramen without worrying about it. The owner is a soft-spoken person. When I asked for green onion toppings for the limited-edition noodles, I was once refused, saying, ``I can't guarantee the taste,'' and since then I have never been told this bluntly. I was introduced to this store by a friend and went there. At first, I didn't know that it was a double crop business with "Toriton", so I looked for the store for a while. The inside of the store is small with only 6 seats at the counter, but the rotation was not bad. Today I ordered "Charshu Ginger Ramen". The ticket vending machine says "Char siu noodles". The soup had a strong flavor of dashi, soy sauce, and ginger, and was quite delicious. It also went well with straight noodles. The char siew was delicious and you could feel the flavor of the ingredients. Thank you for the meal.
