The clerk is a little miscellaneous but delicious. I ate both chicken hot water and miso ramen, but miso is more impactful and delicious. The char siu is soft and delicious. I visited Keijiro Saito, a double-crop brand that is open on Saturdays and Sundays. Although I visited before lunchtime, there were only 18 seats at the counter. The store is thriving. Most of them wear work clothes. I don't have much of an appetite, so I ordered a mini Saito Torijiro. Please use Yasai Mashi Mashi, Abra, Garlic, and Ginger. The soup is chicken-based and well micellar. The chicken broth here is quite heavy, so ginger goes well with it. Ginger and garlic are placed east and west of the bowl, so it's fun to compare the differences. I wonder if the bean sprouts were thinner than Do-Misono's thick bean sprouts. Boiled crispy. And the purple cabbage is stylish. The noodles also have a Jiro-like but elegant scent. You can enjoy the crunchy texture. It was a very delicious cup. Addendum 2023.3 I tried 200g of Saito Torijiro before boiling, not the mini version (150g before boiling). Like last time, it's vegetable mashimashi, oil, garlic, and ginger. This time, the garlic and ginger were added to the bowl rather than on opposite sides of the bowl, so I enjoyed how they naturally mixed together. It's carefully made and you won't believe it's Jiro style ramen as usual. The amount of noodles was more than I could eat. Can you still go? No, no, this is all there is to it.
