Really delicious ramen, the noodles are so deicious and chewy, i wish it came a little firmer. I got the katame noodles but it was still a tad too soft for my liking. Every single topping was extremely high quality and the soup was clean yet deep and despite the thick noodles and generous toppings, the meal felt light and refreshing

Large serving of Tsukemen, 10 slices of char siu, char siu bowl I would like it to have a little more of a dry taste. The noodles and chashu bowl are amazing 👍
