The grilled chashu noodles here are exquisite. The char siu is creamy and the soy sauce soup is lightly flavored with a strong dashi stock. For light soy sauce ramen, Chibakiya (Kasai), Taishoken (Kasai), and Asahido (Nishikasai) are probably my top three in the Kasai area. Today, I ordered the grilled char siu noodles, and she ordered the salt ramen and gyoza set. Ah, it was delicious.
