A ramen shop open until late at night. I went there at 2:00 AM, but it was open and there was only one customer, so I was able to get in right away. This time, I chose spicy miso chashu noodles, and you can choose the amount of garlic and vegetables, and change the spiciness. I ordered it without garlic, with lots of vegetables, and very spicy. It came out in less than 10 minutes. The medium-thick noodles go well with miso. The vegetables are also full of flavor and delicious. Above all, there is a lot lol I thought I was a big eater, but I was full. The shop owner was a bit unfriendly, but even though he was shy, when I talked to him, he answered me properly and was a nice guy with a low profile. It was delicious so I would like to go again. *By the way, there is also a type of ramen with thin noodles called miso tonkotsu, so if you like thin noodle tonkotsu, you might like that as well. We went with 7 people, and 5 of us ordered tonkotsu. . .
