I think this is the No. 1 store in the Jiro style. It's light, but the soy sauce has a rich, salty flavor that brings it together elegantly. Personally, I recommend thick noodles and extra vegetables. The clerks are very polite and friendly, which is unusual for a Jiro restaurant. I feel good about it. Also, the inside of the store is kept clean and has a feeling of cleanliness. Overall, it was a great shop, and I can't say enough about it.

I used regular noodles and regular vegetables! The noodles are unique in that they are quite thick even though they are regular! They are chewy and filling, and the surface of the noodles soaks up the soup well, making it delicious. ⁡ The vegetables are so filling that you might think it's healthy, lol.
