Nowadays, the default price is 500 yen, and 600 yen with flavored eggs is outrageous. On top of that, the noodles, soup, menma, and char siu are all made without cutting corners. Today I had the spicy miso flavored egg on top, and it was delicious with just the right balance of spiciness and richness from the miso. Also, I'm thankful that electronic payments such as PAYPAY can be used. I would be happy if you could continue to keep the price at this price, but I think it can't be helped if the price goes up by about 100 yen.

What is especially noteworthy is the low price of 500 yen. Still, the soup and toppings are well made, and it's surprising that the types of noodles used vary depending on the menu. I'm worried about whether it's profitable...lol I think the mainstay is plain hot water noodles, but every time I go there, I see that they are adding new noodles and side menus, and that they are innovating. The restaurant also serves alcoholic beverages and is crowded with a variety of customers depending on the time of day. The building, which was originally an izakaya, has not only a counter but also a parlor in the back, so it can accommodate a large number of people. My personal favorite is noodles + cod roe fried rice.

Shio Ramen is light and delicious. I recommend the special Gyoza is cheap and delicious too. I eat my fill for 1000 yen.
