I sometimes walked back from Kinshicho to Hirai, and I went to Sapporo Ramen Ishikarigawa, which I had been interested in for a while. It seems crowded during the day, but after 6pm there are 3 groups of regulars. It looked like I was eating a large bottle of beer for 650 yen and gyoza for 350 yen. I also ordered a highball for 400 yen and looked for a main course. Ramen is cheap here. Miso and tanmen cost 500 yen, which is a bargain. I took the opportunity to order miso ramen. I waited for my miso ramen, almost losing myself in the strong highball. Just like Hokkaido ramen, it's a combination of vegetables and soup. Aged miso is the basis of Dosanko ramen, and the soup is made with hot water mixed with stir-fried vegetables. Stir-fry → water → make soup → boil noodles → add noodles → lightly stir-fry vegetables again and it's done. A slightly firm medium-thick (thin) goes well with miso. Very satisfied with this price. I would like to try the gyoza next time.

I went here for lunch, and the cheapness and looseness were the best. Fried rice and rice are quite soft. The taste is so cheap. If you're looking for delicious food, there are many other good restaurants. The couple's smiling faces convey their personalities. I want to drink a highball with gyoza and fried rice at night.

Miso ramen is 500 yen, and if you order a small rice (150 yen), pickles are also included. The owner's personality is also good, and it is recommended!
