It seems to be a sister store of Kita Otsuka Ramen. The soup has a strong salty and umami soy sauce flavor. The noodles are chewy and slightly firm, medium-thin curly noodles. The ingredients are green onions and chashu. This chashu is delicious. Kita-Otsuka's salty char siu is delicious, but this one was also delicious. However, the flavor is quite strong. Apparently they use Mongolian rock salt, which probably gives it a good salty taste. The menu only includes ramen, chashu noodles, and super spicy ramen. I think I'll try the super spicy ramen next time. The store was very quiet with no radio or wired music. postscript I ate super spicy food. Even though it's extremely spicy, it comes with ground meat that has a strong spice, and you can mix it in to change the taste. It's not that hard. The flavor of the spices is exquisite.

A sister store of Kita Otsuka Ramen. The taste is Kita Otsuka ramen itself. The soup did not cool down for the first time in a metal bowl, and it was delicious until the end. The char siu is excellent, and I still want rice. Next time, I will try the spicy chashu.

Kita-Otsuka Ramen series. A refreshing and traditional chicken stock soy sauce soup with plenty of fatty pork belly. Great balance. Originally, this restaurant sells spiciness, but the spicy toppings dominate the taste, so I prefer normal. If it's semi-spicy, it won't be too spicy, so give it a try. Personally, I would be very happy if they lifted the ban on back oil and rice. I think it's the only time it's this delicious and empty.
