At Nishinippori, which I have been interested in for a long time. I ordered "Special Tsukesoba" at Izohachi Honten. Special homemade noodles and outstanding soup stock. The chewy homemade noodles are also a good feeling. I was full and it was delicious~😋

I had a special tsukemen and an egg over rice that is served by registering a LINE account. The homemade noodles with a lot of water were smooth and smooth, and I ate it all at once. Because of its location in front of the station, I thought it would be crowded because I saw photos of people lining up at lunchtime, but it was in the evening so it was empty, and I was seated right away and the tsukemen was served in no time.

2023/04 For some reason, I wanted to eat the tsukemen here at lunchtime, so I visited here. Today it's packed and people line up outside. It's crowded at lunchtime and you usually have to wait in line, but you still want to eat, so you line up. I like the tsukemen here because they are chewy, transparent noodles with a good wheat flavor, and the dipping sauce has a deep, rich flavor that keeps you savoring every last bite. The soup with dried sardines is also delicious. It was delicious this time too. I will go again.
