More Comments at Google MapIt was so delicious. A taste that has survived fierce competition with other stores! ! It wasn't a strong taste, but a gentle taste that made me want to go there for years. I like this kind of ramen that is not too oily and not too strong. It was a shop where the mild flavor permeated my tongue and body and made me want to visit again. I even feel like it's good for my body. The aftertaste was really light, and the soy sauce and miso flavors I ordered were very delicious. Both had a slight ginger scent and I drank all the soup unintentionally. The soy sauce she ordered was small, and she was full after I tasted it. The miso I ordered was medium size and filling. After all, it is the size of Taishoken, and even if it is small, it is very satisfying for girls with a lot of volume. The owner is a taciturn person, but he is polite, and I was able to enjoy the ramen at my own pace without being rushed, so it was a very enjoyable time. As I said at the beginning, I don't think it's very suitable for those who like ramen with a strong taste that enters the ranking. Also, if you are looking for Eifukucho Taishoken ramen, it may feel thin, but I thought it was a different type of shop. I think it's a very good shop for those who enjoy slowly and slowly tasting the soup stock, sweetness, and the texture of the noodles.
I always use soy sauce, but the miso I eat occasionally is also delicious! I go there once every few months. Happiness to be able to eat this taste without lining up. I like it better than Eifukucho.
I had a large bowl of Chinese noodles. Personally, I thought that the Eifukucho style had too much pepper flavor, but that wasn't the case here. I prefer this one. The soup has a strong dashi flavor, so it may not be suitable for people who like strong flavors, but I love it. The taste is a little different from Eifukucho, so it seems that there are some harsh reviews, but I think this is fine. Is delicious.
