More Comments at Google MapI went to my long-awaited “Ramen Hayashida Akabane store” and it’s finally here!!🍜 📍1-22-2 Akabane, Kita-ku, Tokyo I uploaded it to my stories earlier to convey how delicious the soup, noodles, and char siu are. We received DMs from many of our wonderful followers asking, ``Did you make it in Hayashida Akabane?'' I was once again impressed by the ever-popular Ramen Hayashida.👏 ``Ramen Hayashida'' is characterized by its soup made with plenty of Daisen chicken and duck. The restaurant is popular for its soy sauce ramen, and has been selected as one of Tabelog's top 100 restaurants for three consecutive years. Hayashida's "Salt Ramen" using the same soup has been on sale since September 1st, and I was confused as to whether to try it with the classic soy sauce ramen. After all, I chose the soy sauce ramen here after getting the basics first 🍜 Am I the only one who gets a little excited when I get off at Akabane station? (゚Д゚≡゚Д゚) ...I feel like I'm being called ( ゚д゚) Ha! I definitely feel like I'm being called, just a little bit. "Ramen Hayashida Akabane branch" is located in the first street of Akabane station east exit, the sacred place of Senbero rice crackers😋 When you first take a bite of the soup, it's so hot that it almost burns your tongue, and you can't resist taking another bite🥹 The soup is cooked generously with duck and whole Daisen chicken, and is said to be particular about the amount of water used to make the soup even more delicious. The scent and richness of the duck and Daisen chicken are pushed out to the fullest, making it feel like it's about to explode, with a rich flavor that packs a punch even though it's a clean water👏 I wonder what it is like to be able to enjoy the deep flavor of the soup before slurping the noodles. The bowl is warmed up well, and you can start by enjoying the piping hot soup with the chicken oil floating on the surface of the soup. I can't do it, I want to eat it again. lol The medium-thin straight noodles have an unexpectedly smooth texture that goes down your throat, and on the other hand, they're actually chewy and taste good 😋 The wheat flavor is really rich 👍 When I asked about it, I was told that it uses whole grain flour and contains several types of carefully selected wheat in an exquisite balance. The flavor is amazing🤔 It went great with the soup 😋 Enjoy the moistness and elasticity of the chicken breast chashu, and the pork shoulder loin has an exquisite sweetness and aroma from the fat. It's so luxurious that you can enjoy more than twice the moistness of the chicken breast and the aroma of the pork shoulder loin 🥹 The rare and valuable bamboo shoots are juicy and have a soft texture. At the same time, I was impressed by the fact that it also had a strong crunchy feel🥹 I left the restaurant feeling satisfied after drinking all the soup. I truly think it's simply wonderful that they maintain this level of quality with such a wide range of stores. I'm just one of the fans of "Ramen Hayashida", but I would like to continue to give my cheers to you👏 Well. After this, I will go to the sacred place of rice crackers another time 🫣 This is the classic soy sauce ramen that was delicious😋 Thank you for the meal🙏
I saw that there was a winter-only dandan noodle in winter and went in. Dandan noodles were very delicious, but I wonder if salt ramen with soy sauce and agodashi is famous? I like thin straight noodles. Soy sauce ramen soup has a slight sweetness. It was delicious with chicken and pork char siu in a large menma. Although it is only a counter, I think that it is easy for a woman to enter alone because the staff is kind and pleasant. The limited ramen seems to differ depending on the store, and the Akabane store's summer limited was chilled Chinese. I definitely want you to try the chilled dandan noodles that are served at other stores (laughs)
. Ramen shop in Akabane "Ramen Hayashida Akabane branch" @ramen_hayashida The new menu “Salt Ramen” released in September was super delicious🍜 It seems that clam soup is added to Daisen chicken and duck chicken soup, and I can't stop drinking the soup 🐥 Comes with the finest flavor paste, It seems to be made with oysters, porcini mushrooms, and truffle oil. It's great to be able to enjoy the fragrant taste! Perfect for finishing Akabane's lunch, lunch, or a quick dinner.
