This ramen shop is the best ramen shop I have ever been to in Japan! ! !

This is a Hakata style pork bone ramen restaurant. As other reviews have said, considering it's Hakata-style, it might take the same time as regular ramen...lol (usually it's faster because the boiling time is shorter) We recommend the ramen 600 yen + set fried rice 180 yen. I was impressed by the fact that they brought out a case of toppings of red ginger, garlic, and mustard mustard greens from the refrigerator.

It was a light and refreshing Kyushu ramen with no odor. However, the thick slice of char siu has a tremendous presence and covers the lightness of the soup well. The noodles are chewy and go down really well, and you can get a second serving for free! I was pretty satisfied!
