More Comments at Google MapIt is a rare ramen shop that is conscious of health and cares about the body. When I visited for the first time, I ordered a ramen half cha set. The soup is a little thick with medium-thin curly noodles that feels like old-fashioned Tokyo downtown ramen. However, the aftertaste was refreshing and easy to drink. I felt that the fried rice was well seasoned and a little salty, but it didn't bother me. Both seem to be able to adjust the seasoning when ordering. In addition to cooking, we provide services so that people who are concerned about their health can eat with peace of mind, such as self-service water and space disinfection for corona countermeasures. In addition to ramen, it is a shop that provides health-conscious set meals and information and plays a role in filling the stomachs and health of the locals. It was delicious, so I would like to come again 😊
Ebisu Tei Katsushika Ward Ohanajaya I got off the train the other day and saw a lot of restaurants that looked delicious, so I searched for them on the train without any plans. Hot and sour noodles 880 yen and half fried rice 380 yen oh great! The noodles are thin, which I don't like, but they go well with the thick, sour soup. The half-fried rice is a perfect single serving and I love it ❤️ After a long time, “Ah, it was delicious” The owner said with a serious smile, "Please come again." It would be a favorite if it was nearby, but it's Kawasaki. All of the ramen looks delicious, and I'm also curious about the 200 yen medicinal soup containing cordyceps sinensis, Korean ginseng, and other ingredients.
During lunch time during fieldwork, I looked for it on Google Maps (lol) and was drawn to the 4.4 rating, so I turned the wheel. So, I read the comments of my seniors on Google Maps and chose medicinal soup with hot and sour noodles. In conclusion, it was delicious with 5 stars. The atmosphere is that of an old-fashioned Chinese restaurant. A soft-spoken master and a polite clerk. The sour and spicy noodles are less sour and spicier than those at other restaurants, but the balance was good and it was delicious, so there was no problem at all. Personally, I have a good impression of the bitterness of the black tubu tubu, which is a medicinal dish at the end of the soup that I ate and drank. I thought it was a good store that I would have passed if I was in the neighborhood.
