Some reviews say it has a weak taste, but for me, it has a gentle and nostalgic taste that is delicious! I was impressed by the natural flavor without using any chemical seasonings.

One of the joys of going to my husband's parents' house is fried rice, which he considers soul food, and I'm a fan of Chinese bowls and ramen! The pressed greens and traditional umeboshi that are served during the service have a taste you won't find anywhere else.

This is a hidden gem. Miso ramen, Gomoku soba, mapo noodles, shrimp chili, etc. Once you eat it, you'll never forget it. I haven't lived in Shinkoiwa for a long time, but I go there regularly.
