I always get confused because there are so many menu items, but I can't go wrong with anything I try, so next time I'd like to try something I've never tried before. However, I get confused and end up ordering only Stamina Ramen these days. It has an addictive quality similar to the Jiro type. There aren't many seats, so depending on the time of day it can get quite crowded and you often have to wait outside.
