More Comments at Google MapThe true "base" of Iekei Ramen in the ward It's rich but light, and the noodles go well with the deep soup. The spinach, seaweed, and chashu pork are also delicious. Everything is delicious. And it goes great with white rice. ``It's so strong, I'll finish it with one more sip'', but I end up drinking the whole thing every time, thinking ``I guess I just need one more sip'' or ``I definitely need one more sip...''. No matter when you go, you can enjoy the best Iekei ramen. I recommend adding more spinach! The owner is a craftsman and a blunt type. It seems that many of the people with low ratings say they don't like the attitude of the store owner, but that's generally the case. Well, as long as you don't do anything weird, there's nothing special about it, so just enjoy the taste without expecting any customer service.
This is my favorite flavor of Iekei Ramen. I don't like salty food, so I keep the flavor a little lighter, but it's just right for me. The noodles are made by Sakai Seimen.
I have been going here for 8 years since I moved here. The soy sauce is strong, so if you make it thin, the balance with the pork bones is very good, and I really like it. The restaurant here has little downside, and I am always satisfied with the stable taste. It's definitely delicious when the smell of pork bones wafts outside. Regarding word-of-mouth communication, I understand without thinking why it is so low It's a customer service, isn't it? It's really a waste here. There is no doubt about the taste, but I think it's a restaurant that loses a lot of customer service.
