Delicious ramen! It's clean and well decorated. Obviously a popular place because there was a lineup outside the door.

This is one of the few restaurants in Wakayama that serves salt ramen. I ordered the most popular back fat salt ramen, topped with quail egg, and rare char siu bowl. I don't often find salt ramen to be delicious, but the soup here is really good 😋 Apparently they also have soy sauce ramen, so I think I'll try the soy sauce ramen next time.

Located in Iwade, which is becoming a competitive area for ramen shops, this is a rare salt ramen shop in Wakayama! This was my first visit after being recommended several times by my juniors at work! We ordered the restaurant's recommended back fat salt ramen (880 yen), chashu rice bowl (+300 yen), and limited quantity special yuzu salt ramen (1200 yen)! All three of us added half char siu with the LINE friend registration coupon! This makes me really happy! The sweetness of the back fat and the rich salty soup go well with the thin noodles, making it extremely delicious! The rare chives and white onions also go very well! And the best part is the char siu! Both the ramen chashu and the chashu bowl are really melty and mushy, with a strong flavor and are extremely delicious! The special yuzu salt ramen has a perfect combination of yuzu and salt, resulting in a rich and rich soup! The rare char siu and quail flavored eggs were delicious, and this salt ramen was also great! Some reviews say it's salty, but the salty soup has a great flavor, and I personally didn't think it was salty at all! My wife ordered the special yuzu salt ramen (1,200 yen), the same as last time.My daughter ordered the aged soy sauce ramen (840 yen) and the new limited edition rare char siu bowl (450 yen).I ordered the limited meat set (1,100 yen). ! And this time, all three of us added half char siu with a coupon! SHIN8's salt ramen is delicious, but soy sauce ramen is also delicious! The richness of the soy sauce, the flavor, and the back fat punch are irresistible! Some people may find soy sauce spicy! But personally, I love this exquisite balance just like salt! And the char siu is still the best! It's really soft, voluminous and delicious! It's also great to make your own char siu rice bowl with the sesame and salted rice that comes with the set and top it with the char siu that you always get! I was able to enjoy ramen for the first time in a while with my favorite SHIN8! As always, the store owner and staff are great!
