A Sapporo ramen shop in Katsuragi Town. I had the miso ramen. There were various types of rice bowls, so I wanted to go there several times!

I go there when I want to eat miso ramen. The char siu is my personal preference, and it's not runny, but has a firm texture, so even if you choose the miso butter char siu, it won't make you hungry.

The taste of the sweat and tears of the old man (the owner). I've only eaten miso ramen here. I personally recommend the miso garlic ramen. Beer and chuhai are served in real medium mugs. Oden is also delicious. Also, the char siu is the best. Perfect to accompany sake.
