More Comments at Google MapI realized again that Nishinaka is really a battleground for ramen. It's so delicious! ! You can enjoy the rich flavor of the thin noodles with the umami-spicy soup. (You can also order the firmness of the noodles.) The offal was also cut into small pieces, so it was easy to eat while leaving a filling! And rice is a must! After slurping ramen, rice with soup and hormones is really exquisite! ! It was so delicious that I drank up the soup with ramen for the first time in a while (laughs). It was a shop that I wanted to repeat within 2-3 months!
I read that it was popular and there would be lines, so I decided to change the time and visit around 1:15pm, so I was able to get in with a few people waiting. I ordered a half size jean noodles + fried chicken set. I ordered the normal size for my companion, so the difference in size was as shown in the photo. As per theory, once I had eaten some of the noodles, I poured the soup on top of the rice with the egg on top. The sweet and spicy soup goes perfectly with rice. Add Hana Sansho halfway through to change the taste. It was delicious till the end. My companion said it was too much, so I think it would be better to have half size rice when eating it. The inside of the restaurant was clean and there were many female customers, so I thought it was a restaurant where women could come and eat with peace of mind.
I didn't know what janmen was, so I looked it up and found out that it originated from the secret menus of yakiniku restaurants. The taste is like a spicy and rich sauce ramen with offal and chives. This requires adding rice after you finish eating the noodles. However, the portions tend to be large, so the restaurant's recommended half of jean noodles and rice might be just right. I think you can enjoy the different flavors and never get tired of it.
