After enjoying the roses at the Wakayama Prefectural Botanical Park Greening Center, I went to Chinese Soba Maruno San for some ramen in Wakayama. . Wakayama ramen is delicious, but this time I feel like trying my favorite dish, Aoyu Soy Sauce 👾 . I had a great impression of the extremely clean and beautiful shop♪ I was drawn to the visuals of the delicious-looking boiled eggs and chashu toppings👾 . The crispy homemade noodles mix well with the refreshingly rich soup, making it very delicious👾 . It has become a regular for several years now♪ The main dishes are salt soba, soy sauce soba, mazesoba, and tsukemen. There is also a limited Chinese soba that changes every month, and in my opinion, all of them are delicious 😋 I especially like salt soba.The taste of the chicken is strong, and the first bite of not only the soup but also the noodles mixed with the soup spreads the deliciousness throughout your mouth. There are two types of char siu, both of which are original products from the manager! The meat is firm, flavorful and juicy✨However, when you bite into it, it becomes soft and addictive. The flavored eggs have just the right amount of flavor 😋 They are warmed up until just before they are served, so the texture is just right. For me, this is the most delicious Chinese soba restaurant in Wakayama. The store manager is also very friendly and has a bright smile, and the store is clean and comfortable!
