I eat bean sprout tonkotsu ramen every time! I'm from near Kyushu, and I love the tonkotsu ramen here more than any other Kyushu tonkotsu ramen.It's rich, but the flavor is distinct and it's really good! (Due to my age, I usually prefer lighter flavors) I always finish my noodles in 10 seconds, ``Harigane.'' My wife says ``Normal.'' There are 9 types of noodle hardness, from ``Konaotoshi'' to ``Super Hard,'' and she makes them to my liking, and I'm satisfied every time. . Some people take fried rice as a matter of course, but I really love the slightly moist and flavorful grilled rice here❗ It's funny that the Iwade store is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. By the way, the tonkotsu ramen at Kokutai Road branch is also really delicious! I think the yakimeshi is a little lighter than the one at the Iwade store, I like the yakimeshi at the Iwade store the best🎶
