Best tsukemen I had
Arrive at 12:10 on weekdays No waiting at the last minute. There was only one seat available. There were 5 people waiting right behind me. It's snowing today, but I'm lining up regardless. I ordered Seitoku Tsukemen for 1280 yen. It seems that the average size is 300g, so I decided not to make a large serving. It's my first time here, and as expected, the majority of customers here are male. There were also women who were kappos. The shop owner is busy with just one surgery. It's amazing how he handles this many customers even though he is elderly. The rice bowl is ready in 8 minutes. The dipping sauce was placed first. Next, the noodles arrived. I was told that if it was missing, it would be added later. yeah? It's normally included, but... The dipping sauce is so delicious. Is this...shrimp? Is it Ebby? The taste of the shrimp and the thick, slightly sweet dipping sauce are irresistible. Char siu is my favorite. The noodles are really hard! But it is good! It's my first time to have something so hard, but it's good! I thought it was a big serving, but they ended up adding the missing amount of noodles to the bowl. Ah, the one from earlier was only half full. It contained the same amount of noodles as the one I ate earlier. The one in the photo is half the amount of normal size. When I made a large serving of Abune, I died... The portions are large and delicious, and the tsukemen here might be the best tsukemen I've ever had! Guaranteed repeat! !
