I ate soy sauce ramen and meat spaghetti by asking for less noodles for the soy sauce ramen. I dipped Chinese thin noodles in meat sauce and tried eating pasta in soy sauce soup like tsukemen. In conclusion, it's delicious no matter what. After eating two bowls and eating the noodles, soup, and sauce separately, I realized that each item was made with high-quality ingredients. For example, char siu for ramen, minced meat for meat sauce. In particular, the meat sauce doesn't have much tomato sauce added to it, so it feels like it's a real meat sauce. However, if you eat just one item, the gentle taste will be a little bland, so you should avoid large servings. I felt that it would be nice to have a set menu such as mini ramen so that I could easily enjoy soup and pasta. Eating two bowls costs over 1,800 yen, so if you can find something like half-chan ramen (half-pasta ramen), I think you'll be more satisfied with your meal even if it's a little expensive. The free large serving service that started around this time actually has the opposite effect, and people who pay attention to this restaurant are wondering why pasta is available at a ramen restaurant like me. I thought I should tickle his feelings. This is a strange restaurant where you can get 3 stars if you eat just one bowl of ramen, and 5 stars if you eat 2 bowls of pasta and ramen. Lastly, I think the amount is a good amount so that you won't feel sick even if you eat ramen and pasta. I regret that I should have used less noodles.
I had business in the area, and it had good reviews, so I popped in and was pleasantly surprised to find that it exceeded my expectations. First of all, the inside of the store wasn't really visible from the outside, and the photos looked a little dark, so I thought I made a bit of a mistake. I thought the menu at the ticket vending machine was soy sauce, salt, and meat sauce spa (why?), so I thought it was just normal ramen. Jasmine tea is delicious when you drink it cold. Although it looks old from the outside, if you look closely, the inside of the store is clean, and even though there are only a few seats, there are wide aisles and restrooms designed for disabled people. The ramen served by the gentle owner was very gentle and had a nice aroma. The toppings are delicate and beautifully arranged. When you eat... yeah? Does it taste a little bland? But as I continued eating, I found myself enjoying the gentle taste. It looks like ordinary ramen at first glance, but it is not ordinary and has a high level of balance. Many non-chemical style ramen are delicious at first bite, but many of them have choking claims and get boring, but I didn't get tired of them and ended up eating them all at once, as if my body wanted it, down to the last drop. . I felt like I had eaten something good even after the meal, just like the soup at a kaiseki meal. Even though it wasn't very strong, I wanted to eat it again. Even children and the elderly will want to come here, and the noodles are cooked just right, so if this were in the neighborhood, I might want to eat it every day. The customer service was courteous, the food was attentive, and the cleaning was thorough, so I realized once again that my preconceptions were irrelevant. I ate soy sauce, but next time I wanted to try salt and pasta as well. The owner used to run a bar called 510S Bar in Shimokitazawa and started this bar a few years ago. I found the customer service to be good and the store to be calm. I'll say it again. Please try it once. This delicacy is truly amazing.
