More Comments at Google MapA restaurant named after a classic movie. This is an up-and-coming restaurant that prides itself on its ``spicy'' dishes. There are many spicy tsukemen on the market, but the spicy tsukemen here was a little different. A new type of tsukemen that is a mix of Japanese tsukemen culture and Korean spicy food culture? ! I thought it was a pretty rare type of tsukemen. The soup was very heavy, spicy, and heavy, but it had a sweetness and lightness to it, giving the impression that it was a spicy tsukemen that was both heavy and light. There are so many other things to see, so I definitely want to go again!
Since it was my first time, I ate spicy tsukemen (spicy: small). It had a good balance of spiciness and flavor and was very delicious. It was also nice that the dipping sauce bowl was warmed over an open flame on the stove, so it didn't get cold until the end. I don't think the portion size is enough, but if you add a small amount of rice to the leftover dipping sauce and eat it like a rice porridge, all the soup will be gone and you'll end up feeling very full! I thought it was a flavor that made me want to eat it once a month.
It was my long-awaited first visit to Stand By Me. Obtaining information on the difficulty level from promising conductors A large serving of spicy cheese, topped with cheese, and a small amount of spiciness. I went with a sweet strategy. Finally, add rice and finish with mini risotto. The result was okay, it was delicious. Next time, let's go through the pain! Thank you for the meal😋
