I was looking for a restaurant near Hotaru Station and visited here. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted with an appetizing aroma that made me think of trying miso ramen, and when I went to buy a meal ticket, I found out that the store mainly serves miso ramen. Since I was in the mood for a hearty meal, I chose the "Kotteri Miso Ramen". The rich soup hit my stomach and I was very satisfied. I would like to stop by again when I'm nearby.

*Currently only open for lunch I didn't like miso ramen, but when I tried it here, I was blown away by how delicious the miso ramen was. First of all, the noodles themselves are delicious. These curly noodles are apparently made by Nishiyama Seimen in Sapporo. It's often quite crowded at lunchtime. There's a lot of volume, and I think the price is cheap for the quantity. Some reviews say it's salty, but my husband and I, who like rich and strong flavors, find it perfect. After a few bites, I like to eat it with lots of garlic and lots of red sauce. I hope the night comes back soon.

Recently, as I've gotten older, I've moved away from my old favorite miso ramen and prefer to eat tanrei-style ramen. Also, there weren't any miso shops around that were delicious ❗, but ❗I was recommended this shop by a friend who has been in the area for a long time. No no seriously addicted ❗👍 My favorite warikashi miso with strong seasoning❗ Crispy bean sprouts stir-fried Shinachiku without smell❗ And above all, medium thin straight noodles... It's very chewy and gets entangled in the soup👌 When I thought that...I see, I came to Nishiyama Seimen 🎵 That's a good reason 😊 The almond tofu for dessert was also delicious with a rich taste and a refreshing taste. I really recommend this shop☝️
