At the time, he was a lanky black-haired man working behind the counter, but now he is a dignified, white-haired host. The waiter's wife seems to be as energetic as ever. From the same menu on the table, I ordered Bodh Gaya Ramen and my wife ordered Kumamoto Ramen. The item arrived soon and I ate it. …umm. Delicious. It tastes like this. A unique soup with a strong flavor of pork bones and chicken bones, straight noodles with a unique depth of flavor and a satisfying texture, and the real hit is this pork kakuni that is incredibly soft and full of deliciousness. be.
