Odawara, Kanagawa, Japan｜Ramen Kaoru

We shared three kinds of ramen: soy sauce, salt, and white chicken broth. All of them are high level and surprised! The soy sauce was especially delicious. The richness of the soy sauce and the umami of the chicken oil give it a nice taste. Pork and chicken char siu, tip menma and toppings are also high level. The family I went with said they ate abura soba and it was delicious too. I want to go again!

Following the soy sauce, the chicken paitan was delicious. I would like to try other products so I will ask again! The store was clean and the cups were large metal cups that held a lot, so I didn't have to refill them often, so I was really happy.

The hot water noodle ramen was delicious! The chicken breast chashu was also soft and had a little bit of pepper, so I never got tired of eating it. The soup is light, but what about the chicken oil on top? When mixed together, it was thick and deep and had a perfect texture!
