I received the special katsudon (1,380 yen). It takes time to cook because it requires cutting and pounding the meat, but it's delicious. The cutlet is more than double the size of a regular katsudon, and the volume is large, but the meat is so soft and juicy that you can eat it all.

You really can't go wrong with anything you eat, such as steamed clams in sake, stewed cutlet, handmade fries, hometown tax donation dumplings, etc. Let's all cooperate when it's crowded or at a banquet lol That's awesome. The katsudon is the most delicious I've ever had, with meat that's two fingers thick but soft.

The noodles are medium-thin and straight. It is impressive that it is soft and blends well with the soup. The grilled pork is homemade and has little fat, is thick and chewy. The wonton skin was so soft that you could enjoy it, and the filling was delicious. The slightly sour soup was exactly like traditional soy sauce ramen. It was delicious.
