Odawara, Kanagawa, Japan｜Shiratori

I visited Shiratori-san for the first time in a while. I got the char siu wontamen. Ramen that you'll want to eat even if you're standing in line! This is my favorite Odawara-style ramen.

I ordered the Char Siu Wonton Men. It was my first Odawara style, and it was delicious. . It has a sharp soy sauce flavor, but it's not too salty and has a gentle taste. Although it didn't have burnt green onions, it tasted a little similar to my favorite Shibuya Kiraku and was great. The chashu was not thick and looked tough at first, but when I ate it, it was moist and crumbly. This is delicious. The taste is not too strong and you can eat as much as you want. Not to mention the wontons. Entered the store at 11:30 on weekdays and was full by 11:40. It took less than 20 minutes to arrive because the lot ended in front of me. revisit When I arrived at 11:20 on a weekday, I was first in line. After that, more and more people came, and the line at opening was full. I ordered the wonton noodles in the photo, and there are 5 wontons with plenty of bean paste, so it's filling enough even if you don't have to make a large portion. The soup is delicious as always, and goes well with the flat curly noodles. Somehow, the flavor of the oil is addictive. The wontons are flavored with ginger and delicious. Today's char siu was tender, but a bit disappointing as it was dry.

It's been a while since I visited. I received the Chashu Wantanmen (1,100 yen). It was delicious as always. Revisited. The price of Chashu Wantanmen has increased to 1,200 yen. As I passed by the store, I saw an empty counter seat, so I headed to the parking lot to be drawn in. I had the A set (ramen, half curry and rice: 1,000 yen). It was my first time to eat curry, but it was delicious. Ramen is of course Odawara style. Yes, these pillowy noodles are the best! Thank you for the meal! Revisited. Since I was having a dinner party in the evening, I decided to go for the wantanmen (950 yen), which was a little more modest.
