Even though it’s on the small side, this is a stylish place and they serve quality shoyu ramen. Very friendly staff as well!

I went around noon on a weekday. I wonder if they run a bar at night? This is the storefront and interior. I put it in right away. I ordered the recommended ramen. It's soy sauce-based and different from tonkotsu, but it's animal-based. However, it is not too rich and easy to eat.

I had the recommended soy sauce wonton noodles with medium thick curly noodles. The slightly animal-like soup (like clear pork bone soy sauce?) went well with the chewy, flat, curly noodles that were perfectly cooked. Yuzu peel? It has a refreshing scent and is delicious. The wonton skin was smooth and delicious. Since it's right in front of the station, I thought it would be nice to have a place to park my car or motorcycle.
