More Comments at Google MapIt's been a long time since I last visited because the timing didn't quite work out. Although the name sounds like a family-run ramen shop, you can enjoy refreshing tonkotsu ramen. All of the flavors are refreshing, but personally, I think the miso is the strongest, the soy sauce is the middle, and the salt is the most refreshing. We recommend miso and soy sauce. Uneaten braised ramen (tonkotsu miso) ¥1000 I ordered a seasoned egg for ¥100. The soup is consistently delicious. The rich miso and pork bones go well together and are delicious! It has a refreshing aftertaste, so you can drink it easily. It's best if you add garlic on the table. What surprised me was the kakuni. It's insanely delicious 😆 Braised guinea pigs with a strong soy sauce flavor. I couldn't help but smile. On the way home, I told the shop owner how impressed I was and left the shop. The couple's customer service is also polite and leaves a good impression. Looks like I'll go to Kakuni next time (lol) It was a feast. I'll visit you again.
Ramen for the first time in a while. Tonkotsu-based soup is delicious. Char siu is good to eat softness that is not toro toro. The thin noodles are easy to eat, so I want to eat a little more, but I think it's just right to leave space for gyoza. Seaweed is delicious even if you eat it by itself. 650 yen is reasonable with this. Today, I ate an extra 100 yen for an extra serving of noodles. Satisfied. I wonder if the char siu has changed a little... I think it's hard because of the corona virus, but thank you for continuing to make delicious ramen.
I love this place and go here often. I ordered the normal pork bone soy sauce chashu and enjoyed waiting while reading a manga. The chashu is soft and has a melt-in-the-mouth texture. The soup has a slightly bland pork bone flavor with a little soy sauce. I really like it, and the couple working at the restaurant are also very impressed. Thin straight noodles go well with this. There are a variety of comics available, so you won't have to wait long. Even though I wish I could have stayed a little longer after the meal, I paid the bill and took my seat. Lately, it has been closed due to the coronavirus, so I'm worried that it will disappear.
