More Comments at Google MapCame here for lunch with 3 friends after work. Arrived before 13:00 on a national holiday in August, 3 people at the counter seat and 2 people at the table seat were eating, but they sat down without problems. I was at a loss for many menus, but the basic "Ago dashi soy sauce ramen" and my friends chose "white hot water ramen" and all ordered 3 gyoza dumplings. The interior of the store is old and has a certain taste, and the area around the counter is kept clean, including the seasonings, raising expectations for the food. In the kitchen, two women who seem to be father and son quietly started cooking. You can see the politeness of finishing work using a gas burner for chashu. And soon the ramen was brought. Before you eat the noodles, you will have the soup. The first impression is the unique aroma and umami of the jaw that spreads in your mouth, followed by the salty taste and just the right amount of soy sauce for an elegant taste. The noodles are thin and boiled with the texture of the core remaining. The noodles themselves have a weak flavor, so they go well with a thin soup. Menma is thick and has a good taste, but it does not interfere with the soup. The char siu is rolled, and the boiled egg is soft-boiled, and both are exquisitely seasoned. I felt that the green onions I ate as a refreshment were really delicious, but later I learned that it was Kujo green onions, and I was convinced, lol I rarely finished the soup until now, but I got it all after a long time. By the way, it's been since "Koukaibou". When I tasted a little of the white soup that my friends were eating, I wanted to order it next time because of the rich flavor that is the exact opposite of the ago soy sauce. Don't forget gyoza. The overall flavor was gentle and there was almost no garlic smell, and it went well with the ramen of this store. After a long time, I had a ramen that I felt particular about, and I wanted to visit again.
This is a store I've been interested in ever since I moved here. I was finally able to hear it. To be honest, it doesn't really feel like a business atmosphere lol It was after 1pm on the day I visited, but the small store was fully booked. There are about 6 counter seats and 1 table seat. The female staff was very pleasant, and I felt that the staff making the ramen was also very nice. My companion is Tsukemen. I had the Agodashi Salt Ramen. I also drank all the soup lol. The char siu was meaty and delicious, and the egg was also delicious. Tsukemen is one of our recommended dishes. The location is far from the station, but it's crowded. It is unknown if there is a parking lot.
A tsukemen shop that I've been curious about for a long time. Well balanced, rich and delicious! If you want to eat tsukemen around here, this is the place to go! Both the char siu and boiled eggs were perfect. It's a restaurant that you'll want to come to regularly because it has a variety of menu items.
