Kaisei, Kanagawa, Japan｜Ramen restaurant

I went there for lunch. From the outside, I'm not sure if it's open or not because it's hard to see inside, but it says it's open, so I went in. The outside looked old, but the inside of the store was clean and had a new feel. The ramen had miso, soy sauce, and salt flavors. Is it miso in Sapporo? So I ordered miso ramen (800 yen) and gyoza (400 yen). Miso ramen is very delicious. Wow, this is even more delicious than I expected. Char siu is soft and has a moderate amount of fat, and goes well with miso. Gyoza is also good. I would like to request additional toppings, but they don't specifically mention them. I wish there was. It's a hot day today, but I think I'll go there again and again when it gets colder.

I got the soy sauce ramen. Two pieces of thick and delicious char siu with the taste of vegetables, a large bowl and plenty of soup, 600 yen is too good for cost performance.
