More Comments at Google Map[Revisited in September 2023] Today is my first salt ramen. Charshu wonton, extra menma and medium size. The noodles are thin and curly, and the soup coats them well. The soup is still very delicious with a strong dashi stock and just the right amount of salt. Sansho and shichimi are used to change the taste, but the sansho tastes good. I thought there would be a lot of middle portions, but that's not the case. I gave it 5 stars this time. It has become my favorite store! The soup is full of flavor, with a strong fish stock made from dried bonito flakes, followed by the gentle flavor of chicken bones. The char siew was softer than I expected and didn't require any teeth. The wontons are smooth and go down smoothly, and the filling inside is full of meat. Enjoying the soft texture of the menma tips, I finished the whole thing in no time. The price is quite high at 1,550 yen, but it's a cup that makes you want to eat it again. A ramen shop that opened about 25 minutes walk from Kamonomiya Station. I ordered a large bowl of ramen, but it was quite large. It's crowded with locals and you can enjoy not only lunch but also morning ramen. I've been going there for 3 days since it opened. It's my favorite shop. My work is irregular, so being able to eat ramen in the morning is like a dream. In addition, it is a traditional Chinese soba with a gentle taste. As you can see in the flyer, I am enjoying every day a cup of whole body made with ingredients from all over the country. Char siu and Naruto seaweed are my favorite toppings. Thin curly noodles are also quaint! ! It's been 3 years since I drank soup. It's only been a few days since it opened, so I can't deny that there are still unfamiliar movements. However, I do hope that operations will improve in the future. In addition, there are plenty of side menus, and I enjoyed salmon roe bowl, green onion bowl, and shumai. Among them, the curry rice made with ramen broth was astounding.
