Really local ramen shop. Big bowls. Seriously... Big bowls of ramen. The ramen was good... But I felt the gyoza was the star of the show.

My favourite ramen shop, have been going there for over 20 years. The charsui pork ramen (especially miso taste) is fantastic (huge pieces of pork), and the liver and nira (garlic chive) stir fry is also wonderful. Nice gyoza too (very simple, meatless I believe).

Miso char siu, gyoza, and nira leba are all delicious, but the gyoza in particular is big and juicy, and it's a great value for money compared to nearby specialty stores, so I highly recommend it. Is there shredded pork in the miso chashu? There are small pieces of meat (streaky meat?) that are a nice accent. The most important thing is the miso, although it's not as rich as the miso from a certain restaurant I know, but it's still delicious. I'm glad that I can eat delicious food quickly, regardless of whether the owner is unfriendly or not. There is only room for about 2 cars in the parking lot next to the store, so most customers park on the side of the road. There's space, so it's okay, right?
