It's located in Nakazato, Ninomiya Town, in a slightly inconspicuous location, but I think it's a hidden gem. The menu consists of ``light ramen,'' ``rich ramen,'' ``vegetable ramen,'' and ``miso ramen.'' The vegetable ramen is rich, and you can request it simply. The rich/light ramen is soy sauce-based and has a gentle, nostalgic taste. Miso ramen has a strong miso flavor that goes well with the bean sprout topping, making it an addictive flavor. Also, the char siu here has less fat and a richer flavor, making it very delicious. Especially recommended for those who don't like fatty meat. This time I visited for the first time in 15 years, and the taste was just as delicious as before. The road in front of the store is one-way, and there is no parking lot, so there is a little wide area under the Shinkansen guard right in front of me, so I always park my car there.
