Hello, this is Baburihiro😊 This time I came to “Menya Yukihira”🚗³₃ I heard that a delicious ramen restaurant had opened, so I came to visit it 🤣 It may be difficult to discover at first glance 👀 It's a little backstreet restaurant that looks like it's been renovated from a former bar. The inside of the store is clean and there is only a counter, and there are about 6 seats. Ramen comes with soy sauce and salt ……It is very tasty! When you take a sip of the soup, the flavor will fill your mouth! It's a so-called handsome type of ramen, but I think it's a flavor that will be liked by both those who like it lighter and stronger 😊 It's light, but the flavor is amazing, so I keep going and before I know it, I've finished the soup🥹🤣 I usually leave the soup behind, but this Yukihira's one I end up drinking! This is a product that you can feel is really carefully made! When I finished eating, I couldn't help but say to the manager, "It was delicious"🥹 When a student came, he said the same thing🤣 That's how much ramen it is 😊 It opens from noon, but it gets pretty crowded! There is bound to be a line I'm satisfied with the delicious ramen like this, but if you can't go during the daytime session, I think it's best to go at the evening session when it opens 😌 There was a parking lot for about 2 cars next to the store, but it's small, so if you're driving, it might be better to park nearby. Once the soup is sold out, the day is over, so it might be a good idea to check beforehand.

Yukihira passed through Kobo Satoyu on the way back from climbing Tanzawa. I ordered yuzu soy sauce chashu ramen, an assortment of 3 types of snacks, and a beer. The 3-piece appetizer has plenty of diced grilled pork, seasoned egg, and diced menma, making it a great value for money. The aroma of the roasted pork, the texture of the menma, and the stability of the seasoned egg will make your beer go smoothly. I am very grateful that the ramen was served at the right time. This was my first time having soy sauce ramen with the flavor of yuzu, and it was delicious! I think it's an addictive taste. All the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, so I left the store feeling good. There is now one more ramen shop that I want to stop by on my way back from climbing ☺

I asked you several times. Shoyu Ramen was very good. It's elegant and the taste of soy sauce is sharp and it's my favorite taste. I was happy because I couldn't find a sharp soy sauce ramen even though I was looking for it. The handmade thick menma was also good, and the char siu (especially the broiled is fragrant) is delicious. The style is to pay when you leave the store instead of the ticket system at the counter only.
