I was nearby for work, so I searched for a highly rated ramen restaurant in the area. I was curious about the authentic tonkotsu ramen and came here for the first time. It was just after 11 o'clock after opening. The first customer was one person, a family of five. There are about 8 seats at the counter and 2 table seats for 4 people. The inside of the store is small but clean. There are many pop-up items on the walls and around the ticket machines. You may feel a little pressure. It's a sign of motivation. After making ramen for the 6 customers in front of me, I served the rice bowl. I had to wait a little over 5 minutes, but it was acceptable. Now, what about the taste? When I lightly scooped up the soup on the surface and put it in my mouth, I thought, Wow, it's so dry!?️, but when I scooped up the soup at the bottom again and tasted it, it was really rich. It's my favorite. I'd say it's strong enough to be delicious and drinkable, without diluting it even with two extra servings. It's that rich. However, it is not muddy. A soup with concentrated flavor. The noodles are extremely thin. I ordered it in kata, and it was perfect👌I've eaten at many famous restaurants in Hakata, and the tonkotsu ramen is on par with the authentic tonkotsu ramen. It's a little disappointing that the ingredients don't include wood ears. Please think of the char siu as a decoration because it is so thin. The green onions were crunchy. The amount of noodles is also not small. As for the noodles and soup, they didn't pack a punch, but they had great flavor and went down perfectly. This is a store I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal. Oh, it was a pitcher of water, lemon water. Just the lemon water made me feel hospitable.

It was a store with a high score on Google Map, so I visited it while passing nearby. I got a set of ramen and half fried rice. The soup did not have the peculiar smell of pork bones, it was light and easy to eat, and it was very delicious. I think it's probably a ramen that women also like. There is also a gacha-gacha service for children, and it seems that the store warmly welcomes families with small children. Perhaps because it is still new, the inside of the store is clean and not sticky.

Today's soup was not piping hot. It was delicious. But I personally think the regular tonkotsu ramen would have been better. I was confused about Tanmen today. I think I'll order tanmen next time. 20220324 I thought it was delicious. The taste of the soup is exquisite. And it's piping hot. I was very satisfied with the noodles Barikata + Kaedama. The inside of the store is clean and gives a good impression. It was a feast.
