More Comments at Google MapA miso specialty store opened by the younger brother of a famous Tokyo store. The miso soup, which is simmered for 10 hours with just water and pork, has a rich, deep flavor that mixes well with the noodles and is exquisite. The miso flavor is modest, but the balance is very good. Free chopped garlic topping available. The shop is beautiful and clean, and has 6 seats at the counter. Found a famous restaurant in Ninomiya If you like miso, if you like richness, please come!!
July 29, 2023 Lunch Miso Ramen...¥950 Opened in July 2019, studying under his older brother who runs the noodle restaurant Kururi (currently Otsukaya) in Ichigaya, Tokyo. Kururi, I don't have many opportunities to choose miso ramen when I go on a road trip, so it's one of the few shops that I keep coming back to because it's so delicious. I learned that you can eat that strong concentration in Kanagawa, so I visited Ninomiya for the first time. The intensely rich tonkotsu miso that is as good as my brother's shop is absolutely amazing! The finish of the thick noodles that catches it head-on is also very good as it is easy to slurp. The refreshing taste of green onions and bean sprouts, and the flavor of chopped garlic, make you addicted to it. If you don't eat consecutively, you will definitely want to add rice, and it's a gem worth going out of your way to eat.
This is a restaurant where you can choose rich miso ramen (with or without flavored eggs). The thick, wild miso ramen was very delicious. It has a liver-like flavor, but is rich in flavor. The soup was so delicious that I drank it all, but there was some rough bone powder left at the bottom, which showed that it had been carefully boiled. The noodles are thick, chewy, and elastic, and go down easily in your throat. The white-haired green onion also had a good flavor and went well with the fat. The yolk of the boiled egg was half-cooked, but the flavor was well absorbed. I was also impressed by the fact that they warmed up the food before serving it.
