Oiso, Kanagawa, Japan｜Marugen Ramen

Excellent experience. The parking lot makes things convenient; the booths are spacious, easily fitting our party of 7 in a single booth; the place was clean; the staff was amazingly friendly and capable; bathrooms were clean; food was delicious.

Visited around 2pm on weekdays. I was worried that it would be crowded because it was featured on TV the day before, but I was glad that I was able to get in without having to wait. I was also attracted to the limited-time chicken hot soup, but I still chose the classic meat soba with Dokkan green onions and extra meat. After that, we had rice. Since I always eat fried rice, I decided to have warm pork chashu rice that I hadn't eaten before. After ordering, it seemed like I was ordering rice items individually, so the waitress came to me and explained to me, ``It's cheaper if you order the set menu, so I'll take it away from you.'' Thank you 🙇 The rice bowl arrived in less than 10 minutes. Meat soba is consistently delicious. I think this soup is unique and can only be tasted at Marugen. Adding table-top seasonings such as the thick sauce and fried garlic gives it an extra punch, so it's recommended for changing the flavor at the end! The sauce on the steamed pork chashu rice is quite sweet, so people will either like it or dislike it. Personally, I like fried rice. Last time I went to the Gotemba store, I was a little worried about the cups being dirty, but at the Oiso store, the cups were clean and even the seasonings were kept clean. It was a feast. It was delicious.

always somehow I don't eat the famous meat soba, (For some reason I end up eating pork bones...) I tried it today and wow! Delicious~✨ Yuzu pepper has a soft effect. Enjoy the soup till the end It was ramen☺️ Gyoza has a strong garlic flavor It's an easy-to-eat size, The fried rice tastes like it's covered in oil. I personally liked it a lot ✨ It was delicious! It was a feast!
