I visited on the night of the 28th❗ I thought it was a failure because a local grandpa had it hot, but I saw a review on Google saying that the char siu was delicious, so I ordered the char siu noodles. As per the reviews, it was a delicious ramen with 5 slices of "thick" chashu, seaweed, green onions, bean sprouts, and cinnamon mushrooms~❗ There are many delicious ramen shops in this area near Ichiyo-san, so I'm convinced that it has survived. I'm not comparing it to other shops, but I feel like this is this❗this is this❗. Delicious food is delicious... There are several parking spaces behind the store. Apparently there is a second one too. Please try going to enjoy ramen from various shops❗

(My wife is hard of hearing) Compared to 10 years ago, the improvement in the char siu is amazing! The product in the photo is a special ramen. It's expensive, but it's packed with all the special flavors of a generation, so I highly recommend it! Char siu, seasoned eggs, soup, menma... If you've been eating here for 10 years, you'll understand the owner's specialties. The noodle relationship changed a bit along the way though lol Many people say that the store owner has a bad attitude, but he is just extremely shy. Compared to 10 years ago, I see them talking more often. lol However, for some reason, I asked him to provide the service at a different time with his companion, and it seemed like he was able to work well with his wife, or perhaps he was able to work very well, and I didn't have to say a word since I received the service at a different time, so the timing was very good. It came out easily. This is a wonderful shop that will listen to your troublesome requests such as time differences. (As for the time difference, it may be a regular thing)
