I arrived at 11:00, just before the store opened on Saturday, and was able to park in the last parking lot in front of the store. There was a line of about 6 groups of 8 people at the entrance. They opened the store and let people in one at a time, so I was able to enter the store after 15 minutes. I asked for a hot plate of rich tsukemen (large), was guided to my seat, and took a seat at the counter. From here, it takes about 12 minutes to get the rice bowl. I'm not surprised anymore, but I continue eating with a look at the stable noodle face. It's so large that I take a break, but I finish it all in one go. This one has a lot of dipping sauce, which is very nice, and even after you finish eating all the noodles, there's still quite a bit left over, so it's great to have the soup in the tabletop pot so you can go back and forth piping hot and finish the soup♪ After the first round, no customers come, and after about 40 minutes, customers start coming one after another. So if your timing is good, you might be able to eat without lining up. Thank you for the meal~♪ +++++++++++++++++ 2023/4/18 revisited We arrived at around 10:50, just before opening on a weekday Tuesday, and were already at the end of the line with two groups of three people waiting. When the store opened, the parking lot in front of the store was full with two additional groups. I came back here after being rejected by the new store Chigasaki. I had decided on the rich tsukemen, so I bought it at the ticket machine without hesitation, and when I handed over the ticket, I asked for the heat. The food is served in order from the first customer and the rice bowl arrives in about 10 minutes! Wow, the noodles looked delicious, and since they were so large, the noodle plate turned into a bowl. I wonder if there's a little too much dipping sauce. The chashu, menma tips, and yuzu are submerged in the dipping sauce, so it looks the same. Seaweed is on the bowl side. When you dip the medium-thick noodles into it and slurp it up, you'll be amazed at how delicious the dipping sauce and noodles are coated in the dipping sauce. I proceeded to eat all the noodles, and then I warmed them up a bit with the soup on the table, which was delicious until the end~♪ It was a little empty after the first time it opened, so people started coming back around 11:30. Well, when can I go to the Chigasaki store? Thank you for the meal~♪ +++++++++++++++++ 2023/3/21 First visit I visited after 1:00 pm on a Tuesday, a public holiday, and there were about 4 groups of 5 people waiting outside the store. I was at the end of the line and entered the store about 15 minutes later. A system where you purchase meal tickets after entering the store. While I was waiting, I decided to buy tsukemen (medium size) and flavored eggs. When I handed it over to the store, I was asked if I wanted the noodles cold, so I asked for them to be served hot. When you enter the store, there is a table on your left, a counter on your right, and the counter is separated by wood, but it looks like it can be folded (kind of like Ichiran). Because the number of people is carefully adjusted, the rice bowl arrives within about 5 minutes after being seated. Wow, that delicious looking noodle face! Char siu, menma, and seasoned eggs are submerged in the dipping sauce. The menma is the tip of the menma and is soft and soft, which is the type I like, the chashu is very delicious with a flavor similar to kakuni, and the soup is a little rich and sweet, which was as expected. The noodles are arranged neatly, so you can feel the care taken to make them easy to eat both in terms of appearance and heat. The seaweed is attached to the side of the noodles. It was so delicious that I ate it all in one go ♪ Each table has a pot of soup. This dipping soup was not diluted like hot water, but when diluted with a thick, cloudy soup like soba-yu, the flavor of the dipping sauce was revived and I was able to drink it completely. The tsukemen and split soup are made with a lot of consideration, so you'll definitely come back again. Coincidentally, the second store will open in Chigasaki Nishikubo on March 27th, so I plan to visit this store again next time. There seem to be 2-3 parking spaces in addition to the 7 in front of the store, so we recommend that you don't give up even if the parking lot is full. Thank you for the meal♪
My favorite tsukemen I've ever eaten. The soup is rich in flavor.
I received a medium serving of Charshu Tsukemen. The seafood soup is rich and the noodles are chewy. The yuzu accent makes it very refreshing and delicious, and the char siu is soft and fragrant, which is just how I like it, so even a large portion is fine♪
