The president of a business partner really likes this shop, and the miso butter ramen is especially excellent! He even drinks up the soup. I also ordered it hanging, but I felt that it was definitely an addictive taste (lol) The concentration of miso is not so high, and I am convinced that butter goes well with it. And for some reason, it's addictive to slurp the soup after finishing the noodles...💦 The noodles are a little thick and have a chewy texture typical of Chinese noodles. The amount is not so much, is it just the right amount? In addition, I think that it will be just the right amount to ask for dumplings. I got carried away and ordered fried rice, but I was completely overwhelmed…😓 I like this shop...😅

In the summer, when I happened to come in between work, the chilled ramen was super delicious! Feeling that it is carefully made with proper seasoning in mind.

It's a neat and clean shop, and it reminds me of an old-fashioned coffee shop. I always stop by when I go to the book-off next door. There are no sharp points such as cheap prices or strong taste, but it's a good shop because you don't feel tired after eating. It feels like it's in a tourist spot, and for some reason I want to go there when I've forgotten about it.
