More Comments at Google MapVisited in August 2023 Char siu men 980 yen and large char siu rice bowl 400 yen family ramen definitely delicious The char siu is thick and the price is cheap Cospa seems pretty good However, I think that some people feel that the taste is strong even if it is normal. Char siu bowl size is quite big However, considering the price of 400 yen, it may be suitable 7 parking spaces A bit narrow and difficult to park The store is closed from the 8th to the 20th in August, so be careful if you plan to visit.
I went to my favorite Ryuya after a long time. The menu is the usual chashu men and green onion rice!! ︎ I definitely eat too much, but I always end up eating this menu. For me, Ryuya is the No. 1 family ramen!! ︎ I think the char siu was bigger than usual today. I would like to wear it again as a reward for working hard!! ︎🍜 Back to the Ryu family, today we had chashu men and green onion charred rice, topped with gray green onions!! ︎ It was definitely delicious🤤
I think this is a valuable restaurant where you can enjoy the nostalgic taste of Rokkakuya. Like Umeya in Atsugi (including his apprentices), Raiya in Kawasaki, and Dokutsuya in Kichijoji, Ryuya is the only restaurant that is an offshoot of the Rokkaku family, and retains a strong Rokkaku flavor. No, you could even say that this restaurant, like Umeya, preserves the taste of Rokkakuya to the utmost. When you enter the store, you can smell the unique pork bone smell that comes from cooking pork bones (it was the same at Rokkakuya in the past). As you can imagine from the smell in the store, the soup has a strong pork bone flavor, which can be said to be a characteristic of the Rokkaku family. But this is also good. The main family, Rokkakuya in Hakuraku (though it still exists in Totsuka) has disappeared, so it's only a memory, but the soup at Ryuya is a little smoother and less viscous than Rokkakuya? Other than that, it faithfully follows the Rokkakuya flavor and is really delicious. It's fun to have a soup that is in a different direction from the direct stores and classic chain stores that emphasize the flavor of soy sauce. Iekei ramen is truly profound. There's also a lot of chicken oil. This is also the same as Rokkaku Ikeiki, but even if you order it with normal oil, it would probably be ``excessive'' at other Iekei ramen restaurants. Personally, I'm happy. This chicken oil then forms an oil film that prevents the soup from cooling down. It's also great that you can keep it hot for as long as you like (though it might be tough for those with cat tongues...). Naturally, the noodles used are Sakai Seimen. I have no complaints. Traditional medium-thick noodles that are slightly short and slightly curly, often found in classic restaurants. The boiling was perfect, and even though I order it ``hardened'', it had a pleasant texture and was delicious. And chashu. It was also said to be a weakness in the Rokkaku family. This Ryuya's char siu was...Rokkakuya. Honestly, it's ``hard-boiled pork.'' In a sense, I'm actually happy that Rokkakuya's ramen has been preserved for so long (lol). The shop owner also seemed to have a soft demeanor and I had a very good impression of him. By the way, one bowl of ramen is 750 yen as of February 2023, and 850 yen (I added 100 yen of seaweed and 100 yen of boiled egg to the ramen). I think you can enjoy the nostalgic taste of Rokkakuya, and the ramen is of high quality, delicious, and cheap. Recommended. Similar to Umeya in Atsugi, the taste is almost Rokkakuya. I'm satisfied. It was a store that I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal. Also, this is a side note, but there is a parking space at the store that can accommodate 5 or 6 cars, but there is a curb, so I get nervous when I pull out my car after a meal. Please be especially careful when visiting in a car with low ground clearance.
