More Comments at Google MapIt was delicious. I felt a strong commitment to ingredients such as noodles, soup, green onions, and char siu. The polished stainless steel of the kitchen reflects the master who has eliminated all compromises and waste, and the woodcutter with a pop design welcomes you softly. I was very pleased with the thoughtfulness of preparing a sofa and parasol even while waiting outside the store, and it was my first time entering the store where I felt comfortable and happy. This time, I had the limited menu rich foam tsukemen and the standard "Shio". It was delicious. I will go again. thank you for the happiness.
I stopped by on my way back from visiting Samukawa Shrine. What I ordered was the limited edition chicken paitan (Hakata version). The soup was creamy, yet not too mushy, and had a nice texture. The noodles were thin like the Hakata version, and went well with the soup, giving it a Hakata ramen feel. There were two types of chashu: thick but tender roasted pork and thinly sliced pork. The menma was long and not stringy and was easy to bite into. The wood ear mushrooms weren't too strong, and the green onions didn't have any bitterness, making the ramen well-rounded. There were also no tabletop seasonings. I really like the way they serve the ramen themselves. It was delicious and I wanted to go again. However, the parking lot is so tight that it might be difficult to visit by car unless you have good timing.
Really delicious. It seems that they are only open for lunch now. I have eaten garlic ramen, ginger ramen, and bonito and dried sardines in water, and they are all delicious. Especially when it's cold, ginger ramen was stained. It was so delicious. The picture is bonito and dried sardines in water. It's delicious even if you put it in the soup, is it a soup with noodles soaked? It was very delicious even if I ate it as it was. By the way, there was definitely one parking lot.
