There was a noodle box from Maruyama Seimen Co., Ltd., and the noodles were boiled in Tebo. Balanced soup. Chicken oil doesn't look like much at first glance, but It floats like a fine layer. The medium-thick straight noodles from Maruyama Seimen (Kamikawaicho, Asahi Ward) give the impression that the noodles are too hard (my personal opinion). The ticket vending machine is half broken, but the ramen costs 600 yen, so it's OK. Flavored eggs are cheap at 50 yen. The owner looks just like Shinji Tanimura! (Personal impressions) I moved from Kanagawa Ward, Yokohama City, and Mr. Suehiro, who is my direct descendant, is far away, but having this store in town was a blessing.
