More Comments at Google MapI have hit countless Tsukemen spots around the greater Tokyo area, but landed here this evening. Broth was well balanced and had been properly thickened. The awesome hostess was able to help me further refine(translate) my order to the 2 guys behind the counter that hit my request for a more firm noodle spot on. Because I will never give a 10 score, I will say slightly heavy salt compared to some, but not enough to detract from the experience. I would recommend this without a doubt, and will find myself in a seat again for sure.
I came to Ebina for the first time in a while, so I had ramen for lunch♫. I wanted to eat tsukemen, so I ordered the signature menu tsukemen (medium thick noodles, light dipping soup, egg topping). As an impression of eating, this is delicious! ! An easy-to-eat soup with a blend of pork bones and other ingredients on a dried sardine base. I made the dipping sauce light, but it still has a fairly strong taste, and if it is thickened, it may be quite voluminous. And the char siu is also delicious because the taste is soaked! At the end, I slurped it with soup and I could eat it until the end without getting tired ♫ It was a ramen shop I want to eat again ♫
Both the ramen and tsukemen are delicious, and the store has been around for a long time. I think the rich tsukemen is the best.
